Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Best XI Fantasy LLC. (“Company,” “we,” “our” or “us”) governing your use of the Best XI mobile application (“App”) and any related websites or services. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility & Account

1.1 You must be at least 10 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
1.2 Registration requires a valid email address or third-party sign-in (e.g., Apple, Google). Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
1.3 You may delete your account at any time via the in-app settings. Deletion is irreversible and permanently removes your profile and in-progress fantasy leagues, but—for regulatory and tax purposes—we may retain purchase records and transaction logs as required by law (see § 10).

2. Virtual Items, Coins & In-App Purchases (IAPs)

2.1 The App offers virtual currency (“Coins”) and digital items (e.g., avatar kits, boosters). These have no real-world cash value, are personal and non-transferable, and may only be used within the App.
2.2 Purchasing Coins (in future releases) or items constitutes a licence to use that content; ownership remains with the Company.
2.3 All sales are final. Consumable Coins cannot be “restored,” but non-consumable items and auto-renewable subscriptions can be restored at any time (see § 5).
2.4 Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Billing and payment are handled by Apple; any refund requests must follow Apple’s App Store policies.

3. Leagues, Leaderboards & Community Conduct

3.1 User-generated league names, chat messages and profile content must not contain hate speech, harassment, obscene material, or infringe third-party rights.
3.2 We may remove content or ban accounts that violate these Terms or impede a fair, family-friendly experience.

4. License & Intellectual-Property Rights

4.1 We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to install and use one copy of the App on an iOS device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
4.2 All trademarks, graphics, and content not originated by Users are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable IP laws.

5. Transaction Retention & Restore Purchases (if offered) 

5.1 The App automatically binds your non-consumable purchases and active subscriptions to your Apple ID (if any)
5.2 If you reinstall the App or switch devices, tap Settings › Restore Purchases to regain access to (a) non-consumable items, (b) auto-renewable subscriptions, and (c) historical match data associated with those items.
5.3 We maintain secure, encrypted records of all IAP receipts so that old transactions remain restorable indefinitely, subject to Apple retaining the receipt data and to any mandatory legal retention periods (§ 10).
5.4 Consumable items (e.g., Coins you spend) cannot be restored once consumed, in accordance with App Store policy.

6. Subscription Terms (if offered)

6.1 Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
6.2 Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of each period at the rate shown. Manage or cancel at Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.

7. Data Protection & Security

7.1 We process personal data as described in our [Privacy Policy].
7.2 Industry-standard encryption is used for data-in-transit (TLS 1.2+) and data-at-rest. Payment information is never stored on our servers.
7.3 We participate in Apple’s Family Sharing / iCloud restoring framework so past purchases remain linked to the family organiser’s Apple ID when allowed by Apple policy.

8. Prohibited Activities

8.1 Cheating, automation, or reverse-engineering the App

8.2 Commercial use of Coins or player data

8.3 Uploading viruses or malicious code

8.4 Violation may lead to suspension, Coin forfeiture, or legal action.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and all content are provided “AS IS.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied (including fitness for a particular purpose). Live scoring and statistics are provided by third-party feeds and may contain errors or delays.

10. Limitation of Liability & Transaction Records

10.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid (if any) for IAPs in the three months preceding the claim.
10.2 We retain transaction logs, league history, and purchase receipts for a minimum of five (5) years to comply with accounting, gambling-exclusion, and consumer-protection regulations, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, employees, and licensors from any claims or damages arising out of your misuse of the App or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra. Apple is not a party to these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations. On termination, licences end immediately and the App may cease to function, but outstanding payment obligations survive.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law or feature releases. Material changes will be notified in-app or via email at least 7 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. User Deletion 

Users can delete username from app itself by going to Settings > Delete User option, if you face any issue please contact support@bestxifantasy.com
